Parent Support Group – Time to Talk Teens 2025/2026

Group of parents

We are excited to introduce our Parent Support Group for parents of teens in Bexley.

Navigating life with a teenager comes with its own set of challenges. After many years of working directly with teens, I know that there isn’t much support out there without waiting for a long time. Managing the mental health of a young person can feel quite isolating and lonely. People often feel lost at sea or as if they are getting things all wrong.

“Time to Talk Teens” will allow you to rebuild your relationship with your teen, find your village, who you can turn to for support, and give you strategies to navigate the difficulties of managing behaviour and emotions. Based on previously successful programmes for teens, we are now offering support for parents.

Coming in Late May/Early June through to May 2026, we will offer drop-in group sessions for parents under our Time to Talk Teens campaign. Join us at your convenience for free. This will be run with funding from the National Lottery.
