Feeling Stuck? I Can Help You Move Forward

Life can sometimes feel like a rollercoaster—full of ups and downs, twists and turns. But when anxiety, stress, or difficult emotions start to take over, it can feel like you’re losing control. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, stress, sleep issues, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or anything else, you’re not alone. Together, we can find a way forward.

How I Can Support You

As a Human Givens therapist, I offer a modern, solution-focused approach that is both practical and holistic. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes. In our sessions, we’ll dive into the issues that brought you here, explore the best ways forward, and work on creating practical solutions that fit your life. My approach is designed to help you feel better quickly—so you can get back to living the life you deserve.

Why Choose Me?

Choosing the right therapist is an important decision, and I know it can feel daunting. But therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. I provide a warm, safe, and confidential space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll focus on your goals and work at your pace. If after our first session, you don’t feel like I’m the right fit for you, there’s no obligation to continue. You are in control, and I’ll support you in whatever choice feels right.

You don’t have to face this alone—reach out today, and let’s start working towards the life you want to live.

What happens next?

Once you contact us through email or phone, we will have a short discussion about what you are looking for through counselling. We will then arrange an appointment at a time and date to suit you at my counselling room in Welling DA16.

The first session will be an assessment and a chance to find out more about what you want from the therapy, and whether we can work together. There is no long term commitment from you or advance payment, you pay on the day.
