Book onto our Children’s Wellbeing Webinar for Parents through Eventbrite.
As parents, it can be difficult to understand what’s going on inside our children’s heads. Often, we will see behaviour we don’t like when they can’t manage their emotions. This webinar explains how their brain is developing and changing. You’ll learn ways to help your child recognise and manage their emotions, and ways to recognise and manage anxiety.

Other Projects

To express interest for our Ante-Natal wellbeing programme, get in touch. This programme aims to support pregnant women and couples who have had a previous negative experience with pregnancy, or who are worried about birth and motherhood.

To express interest for our Teenage Mental Health (Brain Tools) programme, get in touch. The programme provides teenagers with strategies for managing mental health, helping them avoid escalating behaviours and school refusal, for example.

Express interest in a space on one of our community projects:

Many of our community projects run in collaboration with other organisations to support the mental health of people in London and the South East.
The spaces on many of our projects are fully-funded. We aim to reach people who might not otherwise access support for their mental health.
To date, through our community projects we have worked with refugees, post-natal women and teenagers.
